Join Us for the TBFAA Golf Event on October 25, 2017

The Golf Club of La Torretta

In April of 2007, Jeffrey D. Blume  was commissioned to re-design the golf course at La Torretta in order for it to better complement the other resort activities being offered at the resort. Keeping in mind the vision of making this one of the finest resort golf experiences in Lake Conroe and the Houston marketplace, the course was softened with the addition of several risk reward holes as well.  The original hole corridors were maintained playing near the banks of Lake Conroe, but the original front and back nines were reversed and new green complexes installed for a more consistent putting surface and truer roll.  Today La Torretta represents the best public access course in the area with an enjoyable, very playable experience for resort guests, members and general public.  The 18-hole championship course also has a full practice range and and putting green.
